Penny Social benefits humane society

PORT JERVIS, N.Y. — The Humane Society of Port Jervis will be hosting “The Cat’s Meow Ultimate Penny Social” at the Huguenot Firehouse Social Hall in Huguenot, N.Y. on Saturday November 15. Doors open at 6 p.m., calling is at 7:30 p.m. This is not your average penny social with many items valued at more than $20 each.
