Polishook to speak at Hemlock Farms

HEMLOCK FARMS — Joan Polishook, founder/coordinator of the “plein air” program “Come Paint With Me,” will be the featured speaker at a Hemlock Farms Cultural Arts event on Saturday, May 12, from 1 to 3 p.m., in the Steer Barn Club House. Celebrating a decade since the inception of the program, Polishook will offer an historical overview of her program, “plein airism,” its origins and influences, and discuss upcoming 2007 opportunities for artists to participate.
