MILFORD Reigning Cats & Dogs is holding their second annual Halloween Pet Parade on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 12 noon. The parade will begin at Reigning Cats & Dogs, 206 Broad Street in Milford. There will be treats and prizes and lots of fun for everyone. Pets are encouraged to dress in costume or in festive Halloween attire.
