— The faculty room at North Valley High School is the scene of John Klemeyer's dark, satirical comedy about violence in schools.
It seems the school is once again in lockdown — but this time it's a little different.
The play, "A Handbasket to Hell," is being staged by the Side of the Road Company at the Waterwheel Cafe on Water Street in Milford at 8 p.m. on June 3, 4, 10 and 11.
It is directed by Beth Kelley and features Joseph Kelley, Mark Von Oesen, Darren Fouse, Marc Valentine, Carol Macadam, Evelyn Albino and Rebecca Robbins.
Tickets are $15 each in cash at the door. You can also have dinner or a snack, or just a drink.
Reservations are recommended and may be made by calling 570-296-2383. Seating is limited, so call soon.
This production is the third staged play by Side of the Road, following "God of Carnage" last year and "Wait Until Dark" the previous season.
