Milford. There will not be a Septemberfest in Milford this year, according to borough Councilwoman Adriane Wendell. “The board met this week and after much soul searching, decided that we need to forgo this event for 2020,” she said in a post. “Participation would have been very limited but we were confident that we would still draw a crowd and not sure we should take the chance of publicizing a large event.
“That being said, some of you have already made plans for music or would like to, and we encourage you to do whatever you think appropriate for your business. Copy us on whatever you may have planned for the rest of the summer and fall, and we will be happy to support you through social media. Sales, specials, music, etc! All input welcome!”
