Zimmerman photography at the Highlands Photo Guild

MILFORD — The Highlands Photographic Guild will feature “Flower Art” by Frank Zimmerman during the month of May. These unique images were created with a Widelux medium format panoramic camera using normal and cross-processed films for color distortion. He assembles his final images from three panels which are repeated and reflected to create a partially or completely abstract design. Zimmerman is a freelance architectural, industrial and fine art photographer. A graduate of New York City’s School of Visual Art, he has exhibited widely in New York City including shows at the Wooster Street Gallery, Tribeca Gallery and most recently at 70NW in Milford, Pa. An opening reception with light refreshments will be held on Saturday, May 12, from 6-9 p.m. during Milford’s monthly Art After Dark evening.
