Doug and Babette Dow of Milford write: "That is the bronze plaque in front on the Pike County Historical Society on Broad Street in Milford."
Correct!
Pike County Commissioner Matt Osterberg provides some more information: "A plaque on the corner of Third and East Catherine Streets in Milford Boro honoring a lifelong friend and Milford Borough Secretary for over 20 years, the late Lizanne Samuelson."
