Abramowitz on dean's list

    READING — A local student at Albright College has been named to the Dean’s List for academic achievement for the 2007 spring semester. A total of 364 Albright students had to attain at least a 3.5 grade point average to be named to the list. Michelle K. Abramowitz of Milford, PA, is a senior majoring in environmental studies/political science. She is a graduate of Delaware Valley High School. Founded in 1856, Albright College is a nationally ranked, private college with a rigorous liberal arts curriculum with an interdisciplinary focus. The College’s hallmarks are connecting fields of learning, collaborative teaching and learning, and a flexible curriculum that allows students to create an individualized education. Albright College enrolls more than 1,600 undergraduates in traditional programs, another 500 adult students in accelerated degree programs, and 100 students in the master’s program in education. Albright College is located in Reading, Pennsylvania, about 60 miles from Philadelphia.
