Anderson wins scholarship

Delaware Valley High School junior Lindsey Anderson has won the Rensselaer Medal. This award recognizes outstanding academic achievement in science and math by high school juniors. Lindsey’s selection qualifies her for a $60,000 scholarship to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. The daughter of Sharon and John Anderson, Lindsey plans to major in engineering or architecture in college. Lindsey, who completed the Delaware Valley High School Integrated Math and Science Honors Program, is pictured here with her Honors Science teachers, Mark Nebzydoski, Jane Martin and Stephen Rhule.
