Eight Pike residents named to Scranton’s fall 2008 dean’s list SCRANTON The University of Scranton has announced its dean’s list, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2008 fall semester. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the dean’s list. The list includes students from the College of Arts and Sciences, the Kania School of Management, the Panuska College of Professional Studies and the College of Graduate and Continuing Education. A total of 1,261 students were named to the Jesuit school’s dean’s list, including the following Pike residents: Amanda L. Beisel, of Lackawaxen, Andrea R. DiDio, of Dingmans Ferry, Brian R. Goldsack, of Milford, Kaytlin L. Roholt, of Tafton, Kyersten M. Rozanski, of Milford, Robert H. Swinton, of Milford, Francesca M. Waldron, of Greentown, and Shannon R. Webb, of Shohola Casmus makes dean’s list DOYLESTOWN Delaware Valley College Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty Dr. Dorothy Prisco has announced that Richard Casmus, of Milford, has been honored for academic achievement by being named to the fall 2008 dean’s list. Delaware Valley College is a four-year college located in Doylestown.
