DV graduate meets Hillary in China

Beijing, China — Joye Wagner met Hillary Clinton when she visited the U.S. Embassy in China on Saturday, Feb. 21. Joye is married to Prashant Hemady, a U.S. diplomat posted to the embassy and Wagner works in the human resources department. Wagner graduated from Delaware Valley High School, Gettysburg College, and Columbia University with a master’s in international and public affairs. She is the daughter of Karl Wagner, Jr. and Mrs. William J. Hague, both of Milford.
