Anthony John Tarantino

Anthony John Tarantino of Newfoundland, Pa., died on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, in Tafton, Pa. He was 20
Son of Anthony and Terri (Frueholz) Tarantino, he was born on Sept. 6, 1995, in East Stroudsburg, Pa. He was a logger for Heberling Tree Service, Greentown, Pa.
A family statement said: "Anthony was an amazing person who loved many things including his family, friends, his dog Carmella and of course Pepsi and Reeses. He enjoyed playing pool, snowboarding, basketball, Dogopoly, working on his bike, doing anything he could for his friends and family, teaching his nephew his crazy ways and so many other activities."
Survivors include his parents of Newfoundland; brother, Philip Tarantino of Midland, Mich.; two sisters, Jessica Tarantino of Rockledge, Fla., and Jacqueline Tarantino of Newfoundland, Pa.; nephew, Evan Tarantino; niece, Ayla Tarantino; other brothers, Nicholas Simon of Newfoundland, Joseph Gregor of Hawley, Pa., Timothy Nasella of Newfoundland, and girlfriend Roberta Tomb of Newfoundland.
A memorial service was held at the Newfoundland Fire Hall on June 22. Memorial donations may be made to the Tony Tarantino gofundme or the Tarantino family tragedy gofundme.
Arrangements were by Stroyan Funeral Home, Milford.
