Edmund P. Kleinert

Edmund P. Kleinert, 82, of White Lake, N.Y., died on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, at Catskill Regional, Scranton, Pa. He was 82.

Son of the late Edmund and Isabelle (Kahle) Kleinert, he was born on April 12, 1932, in Port Jervis.

He was a retired mechanic and owner of Doctor of Motors, Greeley. He was a life member of the Greeley Voluntary Fire Department.

He was U.S. Marine Corps veteran, serving from 1955 to 1958.

He was married to the late Judith Ann Kleinert.

Survivors include his son, John Kleinert of Greeley; and daughter, Kathleen Winters of Camden, N.J.

He was predeceased by his daughter Kelly Jo Henderson.

A memorial service will be held at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Greeley, at 1 p.m. on March 14, with the Rev. Marty Cox officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Greeley Volunteer Fire Department, 245 Route 590, Greeley, PA 18425.
