    Gerald Blinn of Dingmans Ferry died Saturday, March 28, 2015, at his home. He was 79.

    Son of the late Alex Blinn & Bella (Epplegrad) Blinn, he was born on Feb. 28, 1936, in Brooklyn.

    He worked as a lithographer for the Amalgamated Lithographers of America in New York City. Crafting birdhouses in his workshop was a favorite pasttime. He enjoyed wood working, craft shows, flea markets and the New York Car Show. He enjoyed family gatherings and cookouts.

    Survivors include his wife, Rose Dollolasa Blinn; two daughters, Michele Blinn-Barreiro of Hackettstown, N.J., Lisa Phillips and her husband, Dave, of Pomona, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Anthony J. Barreiro and his wife, Tara, Jesse Barreiro, Dan Barreiro, David Phillips Jr. and Olivia Phillips; sister, Sandy Landi of Port Jervis; two brothers, Morty Blinn of Levittown, Pa., and Stan Blinn of Florida; his former wife, Sandra (Zoback) Ciuccio; and two favorite nieces, Bonnie Miller and husband, Alan, and Dawn Landi.

    Memorial services will be private at the convenience of the family.
