    Henry (Hank) F. Osborne Jr. of Chester, N.Y., died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, after a short illness. He was 70 years old.
    He was a retired fleet maintenance supervisor for Cablevision in Franklin Lakes, N.J.
    He was a 1964 graduate of Suffern High School, Suffern, N.Y. He was a charter member of the Highview Rod and Gun club in Parsippany, N.J.
    He was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran (1965-71), stationed on the USS Great Sitkin AE17 Ammunition Supply Ship based out of the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
    Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Victoria Osborne (née Barbeiri); son, Troy Osborne and his girlfriend, Rita Neubauer Roche, of Milford, Pa.; daughters, Raquel Grabliauskas and her husband, Edward, of Goshen, N.Y., and Courtney Eberhardt of Fair Oaks, N.Y.; granddaughters, Alexandra and Nicole Grabliauskas, and Elizabeth and Valerie Eberhardt, all of Monroe, N.Y.; brother, Robert Osborne Sr. and his wife, Linda Whitehead Osborne, of Monroe; and nephew, Robert Osborne Jr. of Monroe.
    He is predeceased by his parents, Henry and Florence; and niece, LeeAnn Osborne.
    One of Hank's greatest joys was spending many years next to his cousin Ronald Ballard from Parsippany, N.J., hunting, fishing and participating in the club.
    Visitation was held Nov. 29 at Scarr Funeral Home in Suffern, N.Y. Internment was to be private and at a later date.
    Highview Rod and Gun Club members planned a private memorial and spread Hank's ashes around his favorite hunting stand at the Blind Brook Sheep Farm in Andover, N.J.
