Hubert Leon Zicot

Hubert Leon Zicot of Milford died at home on Feb. 24, 2016. He was 72.

Son of the late Hubert L. Zicot and Irene (Dunkerley) Zicot, he was born on July 17, 1943, in Paterson, N.J. He was married to Marie Dunzello.

He was a retired auto worker for Chrysler Corp. in Tappan, N.Y., member of the United Auto Workers Union, and a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Marie; mother, Irene; daughter, Dana Goodspeed and her husband, Daniel; son, Lee M. Zicot; sister, Patricia Pelonero and husband, Steven; nine grandchildren, Daniel, Alex, Michael, Katrina, Leah, Justin, Juliet, Jacob, and Kathryn; one great grandchild, Addalyn; nephew, Steven Pelonero Jr. and daughter-in-law Jennifer. He was predeceased by his son Jude Jason Zicot.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Mr. and Mrs. John High.

Visitation was held at Stroyan Funeral Home in Milford on Feb. 27. Funeral services were held at the funeral home on Feb. 27, with Monsignor Remigio Rocco officiating.

Cremation will take place at the convenience of the family.
