    Jacqueline Miller of Central Valley, N.Y., died on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. She was 86 years old and a lifelong resident of the area.
    Daughter of Fred C. and Zola Kingrea Holt, she was born Sept. 14, 1929, in Princeton, West Virginia.
    She was the widow of Clarence Miller. They were married for 64 years prior to his passing in June 2012.
    She waitressed for Perkins Restaurant in Vails Gate and will be remembered fondly by those who frequented Joe’s Diner, the Bright Star Diner and the Chester Diner.
    She was an avid bowler and an 1999 inductee into the Newburgh Women’s Bowling Association Hall of Fame.
    Survivors include her son Steven of Central Valley; her daughters Shirley Toulios and her husband Dionissios of Monroe, Cynthia Blaison and her husband George of Walden and Joyce Trentacosta of Milford, Pa.; her brother-in-law Clifford Miller and his wife Theresa of Bristol, Conn.; her sister-in-law Mildred Boyce of Middletown; her grandchildren: April, Christopher, Matthew, Michael, Bradley, Tyler and Amberae; her great grandchildren: Gavin, Christopher, Tere’, Jacob, Felicity and Jasmine; and many nieces and nephews.
    Jacqueline was predeceased by her daughter Brenda.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you to Ana, Iris, and Nancy who took wonderful care of our mother in her home and to Dr. Attardo and his staff.
    A funeral service was held April 12 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home in Monroe, officiated by the Rev. Wendy Paige.
    Interment followed in Cemetery of The Highlands in Highland Mills.
