    Jamie S. Willis of Matamoras died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, with her family by her side at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 59.

    Daughter of James E. and Elizabeth Struthers Smith, she was born on Dec. 31, 1955, in Milford.

    She worked as a dispatcher for Dial-A-Bus with the City of Port Jervis. She was an avid bowler and was a longtime member of the Wednesday Night Women’s League at Minisink Lanes. She was a director on the Board of the Tri-County NY U.S.B.C and was inducted into the Tri-County NY U.S.B.C. Hall of Fame in April 2012 for meritorious service.

    She had a passion for working with youth bowlers. She directed the Tri-State Youth League at Minisink Lanes for many years. She was proud of her youth bowlers and their many accomplishments and achievements in both league games and tournament events.

    Survivors include her husband, Raymond Willis, who survives at home; mother, Elizabeth Smith of Port Jervis; two sons, Jay Willis of Harleysville, Pa., and Raymond Willis and his wife, Caren, of Milford; sister, Linda Smith of Port Jervis; two brothers, James Smith and his wife, JoAnn, of Indiana, and Robert Smith and his wife, Doreen, of Shippensburg, Pa.; sister-in-law, Lynita Smith; four granddaughters, several nieces and nephews; and several close friends.

    She was pre-deceased by her brother Arthur L. Smith and her brother-in-law Arthur Smith.

    Funeral services were held Sept. 11 at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Port Jervis. Interment followed at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush.
