Marilynne Hunt

Marilynne Hunt of Matamoras, Pa., died on Friday, March 10, 2017, at the Pardee Hospital, Hendersonville, N.C. She was 89.
Daughter of the late Walter and Ellen (O’Brien) Ridley, she was born Jan. 23, 1928, in Milford, Pa. She was married to Robert Hunt Jr., who predeceased her on Aug. 23, 2010.
She was a retired nurse for Lee Memorial Hospital, Fort Meyes, Fla. She was a member of the Milford United Methodist Church, Milford, and the Methodist Women.
Survivors include her daughters, Michele Hutchison of Hatfield, Pa., Colleen Musselwhite of Hendersonville, N.C., Kathleen Retallick of Milford, and Claudia Briscoe of Milford; son, William Briscoe of Milford; sisters, Gertrude Smith of Matamoras and Patricia Taylor of Knoxville, Tenn.; brothers, Arthur Ridley of Milford, Floyd Ridley of Pittsburg, Pa., Robert Ridley of Matamoras, and Richard Ridley of Milford; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son George Koerner and brothers Harold, John, and William.
Visitation is at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford Street, Milford, on Thursday, March 16, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Milford United Methodist Church, Milford, on Friday, March 17, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Luana Cook Scott Officiating. Burial will follow at Milford Cemetery, Dingman Township, Pa.
