Philomena 'Philly' A. Viscardo

Philomena “Philly” A. Viscardo of Milford, Pa., at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, N.Y., on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. She was 50.
Daughter of the late Nicholas and Patricia (White) Mastriaco, she was born Aug. 17, 1965, in Bronx, N.Y. She was married in 1990 to John T. Viscardo.
She was an Insurance Broker for Farmers Insurance, Dingmans Ferry, Pa. She was a member of the Dingmans Ferry United Methodist Church, Pike County Chamber of Commerce, and Women in Business.
Survivors include her husband, John; sons, Justin and Ryan Viscardo of Milford; mother, Patricia Mastriaco, Milford; daughter, Jennifer Viscardo of Middletown; and her brother, Nicholas Mastriaco, Milford.
Visitation was held at Stroyan Funeral Home in Milford on April 3, followed by a service with the Rev. Doug Miller officiating.
A memorial service will be held at Dingmans Ferry United Methodist Church, 115 Myck Rd., Dingmans Ferry, on Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m.
