Steven H. Vocht

Steven Vocht of Tafton, Pa., died on Sunday, November 5, 2017. He was 68.
Born in West Orange, N.J, Steven resided in Greeley, PA for 33 years. He and his wife owned and operated the Pinehurst Country Lodge restaurant until 2012 where he made many heartfelt memories with life-long friends. He was also a long-time member of the Shohola Area Lions Club ,serving in multiple board positions throughout his tenure. Recently, he worked as a kitchen supervisor at the Pike County Correctional Facility.
He leaves behind his loving wife Linda, of Tafton, with whom he celebrated 44 years of marriage this summer; daughter, Lindsay Domingo and her husband, Patrick, of Cleveland, Ohio; brother, Lance Vocht of Budd Lake, N.J.; and many brothers and sisters-in-law, a niece, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Pierson Vocht; and father, Herman Vocht.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 10, at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, Pa.
