Vincent Thomas Murante passed away on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021. He was 82.
His wife of 46 years, Aurette, passed in 2007.
Vinny is survived by his children, Leonora Clark (Glenn Collins) of Homosassa, Fla., Thomas Vincent Murante (Kari) of Shohola, Pa., and Lisa Maxwell (Adam Brightman) of Mystic, Conn.; brother, George “Skipper” Rodgers; grandchildren, Daniel Clark, Sara Mroziuk (Michal), and Monet Aurette Murante; and great-grandchildren, Brandon and Victor Mroziuk and Lochlan Clark.
Vinny was born in Newark, N.J. He worked for 20-plus years at Branch Motors, where he formed lifelong relationships that we still call family today.
Vinny and Aurette retired in Tucson, Ariz.
Dad was a devoted husband and caring father. We thank him for all he did for our family. He will be missed by all who loved him.
A memorial to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
