Seebach recognized

at Mansfield University Greeley — Heather Seebach of Greeley, has received a certificate for her completion of the Bronze level of the Mountaineer Leadership Program at Mansfield University. Heather is a freshman at Mansfield University majoring in special and elementary education. A reception for the Mountaineer Leadership Program, a non-credit based experience offered at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, was held on Wednesday, Apr. 30, to recognize all of the hard working volunteers and students who have participated in the program over this past year. The Mountaineer Leadership Program helps Mansfield University students explore and develop their own leadership potential. As a non-credit based experience, the program is designed to develop skills in self-directed leadership, team leadership and change leadership. A variety of workshops within the MLP include such topics as Leadership Styles, Time Management, Listening for Leaders, Values, Vision and Mission for Leaders, Assertive communication, Conflict Resolution, Ethics, and Diversity for Leadership. Workshops are facilitated by faculty, staff, and alumni of Mansfield University.
