HUGUENOT - These are just a few of the wonderful pets available for adoption at the Humane Society of Deerpark/Port Jervis, 202 Rt. 209, Port Jervis, NY. Please call 845-856-3677 or visit during the hours the shelter is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10-4:30 or Sunday 1-3, closed every Monday. November is “Adopt-A-Senior Pet” Month. Adopting one animal surely won’t change the world, but the world will surely change for that one animal. Find the perfect loving companion at www.petfinder.com. Ramsey is a happy male shepherd mix about 3 years old. He is black with tan on his legs and little brown spots above his eyes. Ramsey came to the shelter as a stray and has just a small bit of white on the tip of his tail and just a little white by his mouth. He knows “’sit” and seems to have a very easy going personality. Cowboy is an altered male foxhound/collie mix about 4 or 5 years old. Cowboy is black and tan with white on his paws and a white flag on his tail. He has a lean, lanky look and came to the shelter as a stray. Jewel is a 3 year old spayed female brown tabby. She is a gem of a cat who came to the shelter as a stray. She has a white diamond of fur on her neck and white around her mouth.
