MILFORD — The borough council on Monday decided against a county court appeal of the July 12 borough zoning hearing board decision allowing additional signs on the historic Hotel Fauchere. Planning Commission Chair Peter Rushton, who opposed the zoning decision, asked the council’s position, discussion of which was not on the agenda. Councilman James Price argued the building is not a multiple use as ruled by the hearing board. No formal vote was taken but Councilman Bo Fean seemingly voiced the majority opinion saying further legal action would be “a waste of taxpayer money.”
