The Pike County Chamber of Commerce welcomed new and returning board members at a virtual installment ceremony in January and quickly kicked off planning for events in 2023.

Board President Jennifer Passenti opened the virtual ceremony held online due to inclement weather and James Baron, Esq. administered the oath of office to incoming members.

Among the eleven board members for 2023 are leaders in education, government, real estate, workforce development, public utilities, small business and tourism.

    The new year

In 2023, the board of directors and its events committee has planned several events focused on its members and the community ranging from business-to-business networking and large-scale events including Chamber Champions in November.

“This is a very exciting year for the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and its members as we work together to strengthen our network of business leaders, workforce and community partnerships,” said Passenti. “We are fortunate to have a strong board with an equally strong membership to make this coming year a major success for the business community in Pike County.”
