Chamber offers a record sales year

    Chamber offering eBay seminar Milford n The Pike County Chamber of Commerce wants to help local business people increase their bottom lines. On Tuesday, May 8, the chamber’s business education committee will host will host an educational eBay seminar at the Administrative Offices at Delaware Valley School District from 6 to 9 p.m. The eBay seminar will be taught by an eBay certified trade specialist. Attendees will learn ways that they can double; triple; or even quadruple their sales. The popular seminar is entitled, “The Basics of Selling on eBay: Learn to Buy and Sell Like a Pro!” Opportunities are abundant for crafters, retailers, antique dealers and just about anyone looking to sell anything — especially years of basement/attic collectables. The event is sponsored by the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, the University of Scranton’s Small Business Development Center and the Delaware Valley School District. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend this acclaimed eBay Seminar. The cost, for chamber members is $30 per person, $35 for non-members. The fee includes the seminar led by an eBay expert and an eBay workbook that attendees may keep and take home for further reference.
