Following Chant’s words, Vice President John Schmitt, along with Davis Chant kicked off the company’s Super Bowl Kick-off and awards celebration at Ehrhardt’s Waterfront in Tafton. The company honored its top sales leaders with individual listings and sales, ranging from $1 to $14 million dollars. Their success made 2006 a highly successful year at Davis R. Chant Realtors. The award winning team of Arlene Quirk and Sarah Clark was honored with the #1 “Circle of Excellence” award for their listings and sales in excess of $14 million dollars. They attributed their achievements to superior customer service, creativity and outstanding follow-thru. The other “Circle of Excellence” winners were: 2nd, the team of Maryann Gilpin and Eric Shanoski, 3rd, Audrey Lanham, 4th, Scott Frazer, 5th, Renee Schmitt, 6th, Kristee Thornton, 7th, Naomi Daly and Diane Stadmuller, 8th Christine Anzuoni, 9th, Jim Gelatt, 10th, Terry Mooney. Also honored were associates John Meder, top sales agent in the commercial division, George Schmitt, Hemlock Farms office manager, Keith Wolf, Rileyville office coordinator, and Bert Pike, Hamlin office manager for their outstanding sales in 2006.
