Clarification

On March 19, on Elizabeth Street in the city, Port Jervis, N.Y. Police issued Nathan A. Parker, 29, of Shohola, an appearance ticket to appear later in City Court on a charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3, a misdemeanor. Parker was not taken into police custody at the time and the ticket has since been disposed of by the court.
