Classes for expectant parents

Port Jervis, N.Y. — Bon Secours Community Hospital will hold a series of free prenatal classes for expectant parents. Class size is limited and preregistration is required by calling 845-858-7178. The class schedule is as follows: Oct. 7, orientation and tour; Oct. 14, Lamaze overview; Oct. 21, nutrition and C-section review; and Oct. 28, the normal newborn All classes will be held on the first floor of the hospital in the conference room at 7 p.m. A special sibling’s class is being offered on Monday, Oct. 5 at 6:30 p.m., in the maternity department. The hospital is located at 160 East Main Street in Port Jervis.
