Cliff Park has a new executive chef

Milford — Graham Kiddwatson, five-time award winning medalist of the prestigious Chaine Des Rotisseurs award, has been named the new executive chef at Cliff Park Inn Restaurant and Golf Course. Chef Kiddwatson moved back to Milford from Vernon, N.J., where he was head chef for Crystal Springs Golf and Country Club - Crystal Springs Resort is one of the premier resort hotels in New Jersey. As a chef for the past 40 years, Chef Kiddwatson’s love of food can be traced back to his mother’s kitchen in Scotland, where he witnessed the preparation of great traditional dishes. After immigrating with his family to the United States, and attending culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America, Kiddwatson went on to become chef at the prestigious Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Fla. Working for Harry Buchanan in 1977, previous owner of Cliff Park Inn, allowed Kiddwatson to winter in Florida as chef for Delray Dunes in Palm Beach and summer in Pike County at Cliff Park Inn.
