Conditional okay for new medical offices

MILFORD — Township supervisors on Monday gave conditional approval to a site development plan for a medical office project taking place at 518 US Route 6/209; formerly Ups & Downs Western Wear and more recently a fireworks store. Engineer Joe Hudak of Kiley Associates, detailed exterior site work involving replacement of some paved parking with landscaping with a reduction in overall impervious lot coverage; and the addition of alternative parking. The site would become the offices of Dr. Marc Frankel, who is currently at Milford Wellness Center on East Catharine Street. Frankel will remodel the interior spaces, which are expected to provide for up to eight employees and two physicians. In other business, the supervisors agreed to advertise a March public hearing for revisions to the township zoning ordinance.
