Cops seize pot plants

The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department in cooperation with the Pike County Detectives and the Pike County Sheriff’s Deputies served a search warrant on the home of MillRift resident Darren Stawski on July 27, after Pike County Sheriff’s Deputies observed marijuana plants growing in the yard while serving court papers. In all, ten marijuana plants were seized along with drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending in this case.
