Delaware Valley's Judith Hess honored as Teacher of the Year

Judith Hess recently won Walmart’s Teacher of the Year competition. Hess, who has been teaching English at Delaware Valley for 32 years, was presented with a $100 gift card, a $1,000 check, a plaque, and snacks for her class.
