Dispositions in Pike County Court

MILFORD n On June 21, defendants who earlier entered pleas of guilty and were sentenced included: • Kathryn Kozlak, 23, of Milford, for an Oct. 2006 charge of possession of controlled substances in Milford Borough, was fined $300, and sentenced to one year of probation. • Susan Pisarri, 50, of Milford, for an Oct. 2006 charge of an accident involving damaged to an attended vehicle in Westfall, was fined $500 and sentenced to 12 months probation. • Judith Conner, 44, of Milford, for Sept. 2006 charges of false reports to law enforcement in Dingman, was fined $500 and sentenced to one year probation. • Marjorie Konitsky, 36, of Honesdale, for a Jan. 2006 charge of issuing a bad check in Palmyra, was ordered to make restitution and serve six months probation.
