    County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen Milford - On April 5, defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced included: • Ellisha Cundari, 32, of Bushkill, for a Dec. 2006 charge of simple assault in Lehman Township, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve three to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Nicole Marrero, 19, for June, 2006 charges of delivery of controlled subjects in Milford Borough, was fined $800 and sentenced to serve nine to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail. • Justin Touhey, 221 of Milford, June and Aug. 2006 charges of retail theft in Westfall Township, was fined $500 and sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to make restitution. • Elizabeth Gagnon, 35, of Matamoras, for an Aug. 2006 charge of default in a required appearance in Blooming Grove, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve seven days to to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Caryn Gagnon, 43, of Lords Valley, for Nov. 2006 charges of forgery in Shohola, was fined $600, sentenced to eight months to four years in the Pike County Jail, and ordered to make restitution. • Christina Guarriello, 45, of Milford, for a May 2006 charge of terroristic threats in Dingman, was fined $500 and sentenced to 18 months probation.
