    of Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD — On Oct. 30, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: James Miranda, 22, of Milford for Sept. and Oct. 2007 charges including criminal conspiracy to deliver controlled substances in Dingman, fined $2,000, had his driver’s license suspended, and was sentenced to serve 34 to 50 months in state prison. John Ferro, 51, of Dingmans Ferry, for a Feb. 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months, was ordered to make restitution, and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Mikhail Kosenkov, 23, of Shohola, for an Oct. 2007 charge of delivery of controlled substances in Dingman, was fined $600, and sentenced to 11.5 to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Mark Frankenthal, 42, of Hawley, for Oct.-Dec. 2007 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Lackawaxen, was fined $2,500, lost his license for six months, and sentenced to four to 10 years in state prison.
