    of Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD — On Oct. 16, defendants who had earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Seth Gurian, 27, of Milford, for an Oct. 2006 charge of criminal conspiracy to commit arson in Dingman, was fined $1,000 ordered to make restitution and sentenced to seven to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Joseph Pearce, 22, of Lords Valley, for a March 2008 charge of simple assault in Blooming Grove, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 28 months to five years in state prison, consecutive with another earlier conviction. William Almquist, 39, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., for a May 2008 charge of fleeing/elusing police in Matamoras, was fined $500, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Raymond Ryder, 64, of Dingmans Ferry, for June 2007 charges including driving under the influence in Westfall, was fined $5,570, lost his license for one year, and was to three to six months in the Pike County Jail. Russell Dawson, 43, of Bushkill, for Nov. 2001 charges of altering illegally obtained property in Lehman, was fined $1,000, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to serve 62 days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Justin Martindale, 32, of Gouldsboro, for a Nov. 2007 charge of delivery of controlled substances in Palmyra, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to 14 months to five years in the Pike County Jail. Diana Mason, 23, of Rowland, for a Dec. 2007 charge of criminal use of a communication facility in Westfall, was fined $600, prohibited from using a cell phone, and sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Christopher Young, 40, of Glen Spey, N.Y., for a March 2008 charge of criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft in Westfall, was fined $250 and sentenced to probation for 18 months. Michelle Greene, 44, of Dingmans Ferry, for a March 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,000, lost her license for one year and sentenced to 10 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Derek Presto, 20, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a Dec. 2007 charge of theft by unlawful taking in Lackawaxen, was fined $250, and sentenced to probation for one year. Brad Raser, 20, of Hawley, for Feb. 2008 charges including simple assault, in Blooming Grove, was fined $825, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to 18 months probation. James Cargill, 52, of Greeley, for a March 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, was fined $1,000, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Francois Winfrey, 26, of East Stroudsburg, for a Jan. 2008 charge of driving under the influence of controlled subtances in Lehman, was fined $1,500, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Lorie Guerrera, 39, of Milford, for a Nov. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Milford, was fined $1,500, lost her licence for 18 months, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve weekends for 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Thomas Feeney, 18, of Dingmans Ferry, Dec. 2007 to Jan. 2008 charges of burglary in Westfall, was fined $400, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to four to 23 months in the Pike County Jail.
