Dispositions in the Pike County Court

of Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD n Defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced on May 31 included: • Joseph Schiraldi, 49, of Milford, for a Nov. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,500, had his license suspended for one year and was sentenced to serve two days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Jaime Nystrand, 23, of Hawley, for an Oct. 2006 charge of burglary in Palmyra, was fined $400, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to serve one to five years in the Pike County Jail. • Harish Harinarain, 19, of Bushkill, Sept. Oct. 2006 and Jan. 2007 charges of witness intimidation and criminal conspiracy, in Lehman and Blooming Grove, was fined $1,000, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to 5.5 to 15 years in state prison.
