Dispositions in the Pike County Court

of Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD — On Oct. 2, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Christopher Trani, 23, of Milford for a Feb. 2008 charge of possession of a controlled substance in Matamoras, was fined $500, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to one year of probation. Christina Guarriello, 47, of Hackettstown, N.J., for an Aug. 14 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500, lost her license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Constance Peterson, 48, of Gouldsboro, for a Nov. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Greene, was fined $1,000, lost her license for one year, and was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Edward Kovari, 30, of Hawley, for July 2007 charges of theft by deception, in Westfall, was fined $800, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to serve eight to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Robert Guadagno, 36, of Monticello, N.Y., for a Feb. 2008 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to serve six months to three years in the Pike County Jail.
