Dispositions in the Pike County Court
of Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD On Dec. 11, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Thomas Grau, 21, of Matamoras, for an Apr. 2008 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year on probation. Guy Vanderhoff, 20, of Milford, for a June 2008 charge of fleeing and attempting to ellude police in Westfall, was fined $625 and sentenced to one year on probation. Allan DeCandido, 56, of Greeley, for a July 2008 charge driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, was fined $500, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to five days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Raymond Montevechi, 22, of Shohola, for a July 2008 charge of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances in Dingman, was fined $500, lost his license for six months and was sentenced to 10 days to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Jessica Frigerio, 24, of Matamoras, for Oct. to Dec. 2007 charges of theft by unlawful taking in Milford, was fined $200 and sentenced to one year on probation. Jonathan Perras, 20 of Lackawaxen, for an Apr. 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, was fined $1,225, lost his license for six months and was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Serafin Burset, 65, of Bushkill, for a June 2008 charge of manufacturing controlled substances in Lehman, was fined $500, lost her license for six months and was sentenced to six months on probation. Robert Phelps, 18 of Shohola, for a May 2008 charge of theft by unlawful taking in Lackawaxen, was fned $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Laurie Algerio, 54, of Dingmans Ferry, for a Nov. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,000, lost her license for one year and sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail.
