Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Gregory Chelak

Milford — On March 6, defendants who had entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: • Jeremy Skorupa, 26, of Newfoundland, for an Oct. 2007 charge of simple assault in Palmyra, was ordered to have no contact with the victim, fined $300 plus costs, sentenced to six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail and transferred to Wayne County. • Graham Foster, 20, of Paupack, for a June 2006 charged of possession with intent to deliver marijuana in Palmyra, was fined $400 plus costs, was ordered not to enter any place serving alcohol, no use of a cell phone, place on probation for two years and transferred to Centre County. • George Plumley, 47, of Dingmans Ferry, for an April 2007 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $500 plus costs, ordered make restitution of $280.19 and to have no contact with K-Mart; and sentenced to serve six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail.
