Milford - On Oct. 19, defendants who had previously entered guilty pleas and were sentenced in cluded: Robert Walker, 36, of Milford, for several May, 2006 charges stemming from a traffic accident in Shohola Township, was fined $1,225, lost his license for six months and was sentenced to serve 70 days to one year in the Pike County Jail. John Campbell, 32, of Lords Valley, for Feb., 2006 charges including Driving Under the Influence, in Palmyra Township, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve nine to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Russell Nowak, 45, of Bushkill, for a Feb., 2006 charge simple assault, in Lehman Township, was fined $900, and sentenced to serve nine to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail. Scott Mandakis, 29, of Milford, for a Jan., 2006 charge of possessing drug paraphenalia, in Milford Borough, was fined $1,000, sentenced to one year of probation. Edward Moore, 38, of Greentown, for a Feb., 2006 charge of retail theft, in Greene Township, was fined $300 and sentenced to serve three to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Jessica Hulseberg, 29, of Milford, for May through July 2004 charges of theft and fraud in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 18 months probation. John Schauer, 49, of Gouldsboro, for Jan., 2006 charges including Driving Under the Influence, in Palmyra Township, was fined $1,525, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to serve three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. John Culver III, 52, of Hawley, for Feb. and Dec. 2005 charges including Driving Under the Influence, in Lackawaxen Township, was fined $1,200, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Murat Patirdi, 22, of Shohola, for a May, 2006 charge of simple assault, in Shohola Township, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 5.5 to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. James Miranda, 20, of Milford, for a May 2006 charge of simple assault, in Shohola Township, was fined $500 and serve 5.5 to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Ryan Sacco, 26, of Middletown, N.Y., for March, 2006 charges including Driving Under the Influence, in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $1,025, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to serve 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Tammy Mathisen, 35, of Middletown, N.Y. Oct. to Dec., 2005 charges of criminal conspiracy, in various part of Pike County, was fined $800 and sentenced to serve seven to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. James Cassidy, 19, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a Jan., 2006 charge of possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, in Matamoras, was fined $800, sentenced to serve three to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, and transferred to New York authorities.
