Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen
MILFORD The following defendants, either after having been found guilty at trial or having earlier entered guilty pleas were sentenced on May 22. Olusani Selete, 45, of Brooklyn, N.Y, for Feb. 1999 through Aug. 2001 charges of access device fraud and identity theft, in Milford, was found guilty by jury, fined $400, ordered to make resitution, and sentenced to serve 20 months in state prison. Hilda Reck, 71, of Lake Ariel, for an Oct. 2007 charge of driving under the influece in Greene, was fined $1,500, lost her license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail-state parole. Darla Bowman, 33, of Matamoras, for Feb. and May 2007 charges of delivery of controlled substances and driving under the influence in Matamoras, was fined $2,100, lost her license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve 11.5 months to five years in the Pike County Jail. Linda Sauer, 47, of Dingmans Ferry, for May and June 2007 charges of delivery of controlled substance in Palmyra, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to serve two to four years in state prison. Her bail is pending appeal. Hector Estrada, 48, of Bushkill, for Nov. 2006 charges including theft of a motor vehicle in Lehman, was found guilty by jury; fined $300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve 36 to 72 months in state prison.
