    Milford n On May 3, defendants who earlier pleaded guilty to various charges and were sentenced included: • Edison Perez, 34, of Dingmans Ferry, for Dec. 2006 charges including driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,525, had his license suspended for one year and was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Jason Meier, 24, of West Point, N.Y., for a Nov. 2006 charge of criminal attempt to commit the acquisition of a controlled substance in Westfall , was fined $500, and sentenced to serve three to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. • Caitlin Hulse, 19, of Milford, for Aug. 2006 charges of possession of paraphernalia and minor prohibited from operating with alcohol in system, in Matamoras, was fined $600, sentenced to 12 months probation. • Samuel Podolsky, 21, of Paupack, for an Oct. 2006 charge of burglary in Palmyra, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to four to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. • Lindsay Brown, 56, of Milford, for a Sept. 2006 charge of driving under the influence, in Dingman, was sentenced to a fine of $2,500, license suspension of one year, and 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Anthony Opitz, 19, of Matamoras, a Jan. 2007 charge of delivery of controlled substance, in Westfall, was fined $500, had his license suspended for six months and was sentenced to six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Brandon Troche, 19, of Dingmans Ferry, for August and Oct. 2006 charges of simple assault and possession of marijuana, in Matamoras and Milford, was fined $900, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Thomas Peck, 22, of Napanoch, N.Y., for Aug. 2006 charges including driving under the influence in Milford, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, followed by six months probation. • Jeannine Borrell, 36, of Greentown, for June 2006 charges including driving under the influence, in Palmyra , was fined $1,525, had her license suspended for the one year, and was sentenced to 15 days to six months in the Pike County Jail.
