Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen
MILFORD On Dec. 4, the following defendants, who earlier entered guilty pleas, were sentenced. Maria Durso, 56, of Montague, N.J., for May 2008 charges of access device fraud in Westfall and Matamoras, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to two to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Vincent Vattimo, 23, of McKees Rock, for a May 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, was fined $1,000, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Jared Sanborn, 23 of Matamoras, for a June, 2008 charge of possession of controlled substances in Matamoras, was fined $300, and sentenced to six months to one year in the Pike County Jail. Michael Cairns, 28, of Dingmans Ferry, for March, 2008 charges including reckless endangerment of another person, in Delaware, was fined $600 and sentenced to serve five days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Megan Durham, 24 of Newton, N.J., for an Apr. 2008 charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Milford, was fined $200, and sentenced to two years on probation. Gerald Guy, 40, of Matamoras, for an Aug. 2008 charge of endangering the welfare of a child, in Westfall, was fined $200, and sentenced to 15 months to four years in state prison. Alexander Wyche, 40, of Greentown, for a June 2008 charge of simple assault in Greene, was fined $500 and sentenced to one year on probation. Nicole Moser, 20, of Hawley, for Apr 2008 charges including possession of prohibited offensive weapons, in Greene, was fined $400, was sentenced to one year on probation, 35 days served in the Pike County Jail and transferred to Georgia. Richard Stroh, 45, of Hawley, for Apr and July 2008 charges of driving under the influence and harassment in Delaware and Porter, was fined $1,300, lost his license for one year, was sentenced to two to six months in the Pike County Jail and transferred to Monroe County. William Ortiz, 22, of Bushkill, for March and May 2007 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Lehman was fined $1,000, and was sentenced to serve nine to 24 months in state prison, consecutive with Monroe County charges for a total of 19 months to five years. Paul Yelk, 33, of Greentown, for a July 2007 charge of theft by unlawful taking in Greene, was fined $500, and sentenced to two years on probation.
