Milford On November 29, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Francis McBride, 20, of Mahanoy, for multiple Oct. 2006 charges of receiving stolen property in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,000, ordered to make resitution and sentenced to serve nine months to five years in state prison. David Nosti, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, for an Apr. 2006 charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Dingman, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to 12 months probation. Latasha Pettaway, 21, of Bushkill, for a March 2007 charge of delivering controlled substances in Lehman, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve six to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail. Kim Decker, 49, of Montague, N.J., for a June 2007 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve 90 days to one year in the Pike County Jail. Jesse Wilkes, 22, of Milford, June, 2007 charges of burglary in Westfall, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve 11.5 to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. John Hicks, 21, of Stroudsburg, for a March, 2006 charge of burglary in Lehman, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve one to two years in state prison. Aharon Cohen, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for a March, 2006 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation. Therese Dalessio, 33, of Hawley, for March-April 2006 charges of corruption of minors in Blooming Grove, was fined $300, sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to have no contact with minors. Giovambattista Greco, 21, of Bushkill, for a July, 2006 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Lehman, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve 30 days to one year in the Pike County Jail. Ileana Alvarez, 40, of Bushkill, for a May 2007 charge of possession of a controlled substance in Lehman, was fined $300, and sentenced to serve 15 days to one year in the Pike County Jail.
