Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

Milford — On Feb. 19, those defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Brandon Gallea, 20, of Milford, for a March 2008 charge of criminally attempting to commit access device fraud, in Westfall, was fined $500 and sentenced to six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Thomas Byrne, 55, of Dingmans Ferry, for a May 2008 charge of, driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,000, lost his license for 12 months and was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. John Farro, 43, of Bushkill, for a May 2008 charge of accidental involuntary damage to a vehicle, in Lehman, was fined $525, and paroled from a sentence of two to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Timothy Evans, 18, of Hawley, for an Oct. 2008 charge of harassment in Lackawaxen, was fined $300. William White, 54, of Bushkill, for July 2008 charges including driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license in Lehman, was fined $3,500, lost his license for two years and was sentenced to one year and 90 days to five years in state prison.
