    Milford — Defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced on Oct. 25, included: • Jesse Dempsey, 29, of Milford, for July, 2007 charges including driving under the influence and resisting arrest in Westfall and Matamoras, was fined $1,400, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to 17 days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Michelle Hemion, 39, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a July, 2006 charge of delivery of controlled substances in Westfall, was fined $600, and sentenced to 10 to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail. • Edward Scott, 42, of Milford, for a Feb. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to 90 days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Alan Anagnost, 49, of Milford, for a Jan. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $300, and sentenced to six months probation. • Patrick Rohaley, 40, of Milford, for a May 2006 charge recklessly endangering another person in Milford, was fined $600, and sentenced to seven to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Sentencing for Joseph Pearce, 21, of Matamoras, was continued until Nov. 1.
