Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

MILFORD - Defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced on Feb. 22 included: • Jenny Shull, 35, of Bushkill, for theft charges from June 2004 to June 2006 in Lehman Township, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to three months to one year in the Pike County Jail and two years probation. • Dmitry Naydov, 24, of Canadensis, for a May 2006 charge of resisting arrest in Greene Township, was fined $400 and sentenced to three to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Phillip Landmesser, 47, of Dingmans Ferry, for an Apr. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman Township, was fined $1,000, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to 90 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Justine Hallahan, 19, of Canadensis, for Aug. 2006 charges of theft in Greene Township, was fined $300, ordered to pay restitution and sentenced to 90 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Patricia McCloskey, 55, of Hawley, for an Oct. 2006 charge of resisting arrest in Palmyra Township, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve four days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Yvette Martinez, 31, of Matamoras, for Aug. 2004 to Apr. 2005 charges of theft in Milford Township, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to 18 months probation. • David Rogers, 44, of Hawley, for Jan. 2006 charges including driving under the influence in Palmyra Township, was fined $1,200, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. •Karen Starkie, 49, of Bushkill, for an Apr. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $1,500, lost her license for 12 months and was sentenced to two days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • William Babcock, 46, of Dingmans Ferry, for a March 2006 charge of harassment in Delaware Township, was fined $300. • Kathleen McKean, 44, of Hawley, for a July 2006 charges including an accident involving accidental death, in Lackawaxen Township, was fined $1,025 and sentenced to one year of probation. • Kevin Kniess, 30, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a Sept. 2005 charge of theft in Westfall Township, was fined $400 and sentenced to four months to 12 months in the Pike County Jail.
